运用扫描电镜、光学显微镜等检测手段对SA508Gr.3钢落锤试样的断口形貌和焊道热影响组织进行对比观察与分析,结果表明:落锤试样断口形貌与组织呈现出良好的对应关系,而且落锤试样的热影响区的组织韧性优于母材,并没有对母材产生不利影响。
運用掃描電鏡、光學顯微鏡等檢測手段對SA508Gr.3鋼落錘試樣的斷口形貌和銲道熱影響組織進行對比觀察與分析,結果錶明:落錘試樣斷口形貌與組織呈現齣良好的對應關繫,而且落錘試樣的熱影響區的組織韌性優于母材,併沒有對母材產生不利影響。

The paper makes comparison and analysis of the fracture morphology and microstructure of HAZ with drop test on specimens cut from SA508 Gr.3 steel by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. The results show that there are good corresponding relations between fracture morphology and microstructure. More over, the toughness of HAZ in drop test specimen is better than that of base metal, and has no adverse effects on the base metal.
