采用埋弧堆焊的方法对磨损支承辊的工作表面进行修复,能够实现支承辊的循环利用,延长其使用寿命,减少资源浪费。然而,大型支承辊堆焊修复的难度大、要求高,相应的焊接工艺并不成熟。为此,通过研究堆焊工艺参数与焊缝尺寸、稀释率之间的关系,结合显微组织观察和硬度测量,分析堆焊工艺参数对热影响区显微组织和性能的影响,为大型支承辊堆焊工艺的选择与优化提供有益指导。

The worn roll surfaces can be repaired by submerged arc welding technology so as to re-use backup roll and improve its service lifetime and to save resources. However, the welding technology is still immature due to the difficulties and high demands on the repair welding of large backup roll. Combing with microscopic structure observation and hardness measurement, the paper presents the analysis of the welding parameters’ effects on microscopic structure and property of heat affected zone, through study of the relationship between welding parameters and welding size, dilution ration. This will provide beneficial instruct on the choice and optimization of backup roll overlay welding procedure.
