基于TM卫星影像反演地表热岛强度,依据人体舒适度和高温生理反应,提出了夏季热岛对热舒适度的影响划分标准,并以天津市为例提出了规划的应对策略方案。通过研究得出结论如下:1、2级受影响区,主要位于环境绿化、通风较好的居住小区,随着等级的升高,由郊区向城市逐渐增加;3-5级受影响区,主要是位于郊区的工业区,随着等级的升高,则由城市中心向郊区逐渐增加。最后,提出了热舒适度空间优化的规划方案,打造形成绿网和水系交织的“四纵、五横”通风廊道,空间上形成点、线、面多层级降温格局。

On basis of surface heat island intensify calculated by TM satel ite image inversion and based on human body comfort degree and high temperature caused physiological reaction, the article has proposed the grading standards for thermal comfort-affected areas which are caused by summer urban heat island effect, and with Tianjin as an example, has proposed solutions and plans to decrease its effect. After analysis on the affected spatial pattern in Tianjin, fol owing conclusions can be reached:Firstly, affected areas in the first and second grade are mainly in green and ventilated residential places, Grade increase moves from the rural to urban areas;Secondly,affected areas from the third to fifth grades are dominant in rural industrial suburbs, meanwhile, grade increase moves in the reverse direction compared with the other two; Final y, it makes the Thermal Comfort Space Optimalization Plan to form a “Four Vertical and Five Horizontal”Ventilation Tunnel interweaving with Green net and Water System and form a multilevel Cooling Spatial Layout by point, line and surface.
