选择不同分子量的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为晶形控制剂,采用溶剂非溶剂重结晶法制备HNIW。用偏光显微镜和激光粒度分析仪表征了HNIW的粒度、形貌及团聚状态,分析了PVP对这些因素的影响机理,并测试了HNIW的晶型及撞击感度。结果表明:晶形控制剂PVP的加入,使所得HNIW晶体粒径大为减小,分布范围变窄,晶体形貌规整、趋于球形,基本消除了团聚现象;所添加PVP分子量越大,其效果越显著。添加分子量为30000的PVP时,制得d 50为1313.5 nm的窄分布球形超细ε-HNIW,撞击感度与HNIW原料相比明显降低。

Different molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) were chosen as crystal modifiers, and the HNIW was prepared by recrystalization with solvent-nonsolvent method. The particle size, morphology and agglomeration of HNIW crystals were researched by polarizing microscope and laser particle size analyzer, as well as the influence mechanism of PVP on the above factors were analyzed. At last, the polymorphs and impact sensitivity of the HNIW were tested. Results indicated that the particle size of HNIW reduced rapidly with the addition of PVP, and the distribution range was narrowed. The crystal morphology tended to be more spherical, and the agglomeration was basically eliminated when PVP was added. All above effects were more significant with the increasing of the molecular weight of PVP. When the molecular weight of the added PVP is 30 000, narrow distribution of spherical ultrafine ε-HNIW was obtained and the median diameter d 50 was 1 313.5 nm. In comparison with the raw materials HNIW , the impact sensitivity reduced significantly.
