Sampling investigation of industrial water consumption involves multiple departments and trades,and is characterized by much indexes,insufficient data,difficult understanding and processing etc. Combined with the ac-tual situation of Yulin City during the first China census for water,the author analyzed the problem of industrial wa-ter consumption investigation,and put forward corresponding solution.
