在我国实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下，运用层次分析法对我国高新技术产业的优化选址问题进行研究。以四个经济区域为选址对象，构建了以人力资源市场、产学研技术支持、地方政府政策、原材料供应情况、交通区位优势、区域生活幸福指数、区域金融机构放贷政策、区域创新网络建设、区域产业发展饱和度等9个准则的判断矩阵。经过MATLAB软件的计算，得出高新技术产业选址排列的优先顺序：合芜蚌新区、天津滨海新区、成渝经济区、浦东新区。最后简要分析原因并指出研究不足。

Under the in novation-driven development strategy,the paper studies the site selection issue for high-tech industries by using AHP. Four economic areas are taken as objects. The paper constructs a judg-ment matrix with nine factors including human resources market,research support,local government policies, raw materials supply,transport location advantages,regional happiness index,regional financial institutions lending policies,regional innovation network construction,and regional industrial development saturation. Through calculation with MATLAB software,we get a priority for the site selection of high-tech industries a-mong the four areas:Hefei-wuhu-bengbu new area,Tianjin-binhai new area and Pudong new area. Finally the reasons and the defects of the research are proposed.
