Concerning the actual production practice of zinc hydrometallurgy process of an enterprise ,this article analyzed the reasons of the high comprehensive energy consumption of the company ,and introduced the implementation of the detailed measures by reducing the power consumption of electrolytic zinc( espe-cially the direct current consumption) ,steam consumption ,coke consumption for treatment of leaching resi-dues and carrying out meticulous management etc .It makes the comprehensive energy consumption of elec-trolytic zinc drop greatly ,and get the ideal effects .
