采用摇床分选含钒石煤,棒磨优于球磨,适宜的参数为磨矿细度-0.074 m m占85.18%,床面横向倾角1.83°,冲洗水量242 L/h。在试验条件下,获得V2 O5品位为1.11%摇床精矿,回收率为77.43%。但尾矿中V2 O5品位偏高,不能直接抛尾。采用胺类药剂Z -2为捕收剂、硫酸铝为抑制剂对摇床尾矿进行浮选,经摇床重选-浮选联合流程处理,可抛除26.07%的尾矿,尾矿中V2 O5品位降低至0.24%,钒损失率仅7.44%。该方法选矿成本低,金属损失率低,可大幅度减少进入浸出工序物料量,有利于降低生产成本。

Effects of key factors such as grinding mode , grinding fineness , lateral angle and quantity of flushing water on separation efficiency of shaking table were investigated . The results indicated that rod mill is more advantageous than ball -mill , and the suitable parameters are as follow , grinding fineness is-0 .074mm accounts for 85 .18% , lateral angle is 1 .83 degree , quantity of flushing water is 242 L/h . Un-der the optimum conditions ,a concentrate with V2O5 grade of 1 .11% and recovery of 77 .43% can be ob-tained . Using amine reagent Z -2 as collector , aluminum sulfate as depressant , flotation experiments for shaking table tailing were carried out . With shaking table gravity separation -flotation process , 26 .07%tailing can be discarded . V2 O5 grade in the tailing was only 0 .24% , and loss rate of vanadium was only 7.44% . T he technology has many advantages such as low cost , low metal loss rate , and it can reduce the ore amount needing to be leached , w hich is beneficial to keep the costs dow n .
