河北某复杂低品位铅锌铁矿石,含铅锌铁品位分别为0.51%、2.92%和11.88%,通过浮选法回收铅锌+磁选回收铁的联合工艺流程,获得了理想的选矿工艺指标。采用捕收性和选择性好的乙硫氮作为铅捕收剂,实现了铅与锌的优先浮选分离,获得了含铅品位49.37%,回收率71.81%的铅精矿;采用丁基黄药作为锌捕收剂,获得了含锌品位56.21%,回收率79.19%的锌精矿;采用湿式弱磁选,获得了含铁66.78%,回收率60.21%的铁精矿。

A low -grade complex lead-zinc-iron ore from Hebei contains lead grade of 0 .51% , zinc grade of 2 .92% ,and iron grade of grade 11 .88% .The ideal dressing index is achieved by adopting the process of lead -zinc - recycling iron concentration by low intensity magnetic separation .The selective flotation sep-aration of lead and zinc is realized by using ethyl thio carbamate with fine selectivity and collecting capacity as lead collector , Butyl xanthate as zinc collector and by wet low intensity magnetic separation ,a lead con-centrate with a lead grade and recovery of 43 .97% and 71 .81% , a zinc concentrate with a zinc grade and recovery of 56 .21% and 79 .19% , an iron concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 66 .78% and 60 . 21% can be obtained respectively.
