激光标线仪可以输出相互垂直的水平激光线和铅垂激光线,被广泛应用于建筑工程和装修装饰施工中,然而仪器的误差会直接影响工程质量。通过对输出激光线水平度、倾斜度和直线度等多项误差来源进行理论分析,研究并设计了针对各项误差的校准方法。
激光標線儀可以輸齣相互垂直的水平激光線和鉛垂激光線,被廣汎應用于建築工程和裝脩裝飾施工中,然而儀器的誤差會直接影響工程質量。通過對輸齣激光線水平度、傾斜度和直線度等多項誤差來源進行理論分析,研究併設計瞭針對各項誤差的校準方法。

Horizontal lines and plumb lines which are upright to each other can been emitted from cross line laser. It has been widely used as the benchmark in the construction of building and fitment. Quality of construction can be directly affected by the errors of cross line laser. According to its basic principle, three errors were analyzed about their form reasons and expressions. The methods of calibrating these errors were designed and carried into execution.
