裂缝是混凝土与砂浆应用中存在的重大问题。不少学者对普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆的收缩裂缝问题进行了大量研究,但纤维的种类、掺入量,以及纤维应当满足的物化性质等尚未形成定论。本文针对加入了脱硫石膏、矿粉等矿物掺合料的普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆,研究了纤维的尺寸、形状及掺入量对砂浆性能的影响。研究结果表明:①搅拌方式对砂浆性能的影响较大。与人工搅拌相比,机械搅拌一方面可以极大地降低水混合物比,另一方面可使砂浆混合更均匀,从而提高砂浆的强度,避免离析、沉降等现象;②当脱硫石膏∶矿粉∶氧化钙∶硫酸钾=54∶23∶1.5∶0.9,水混合物比介于0.31~0.32之间时,砂浆的初、终凝时间,抗折强度等性能指标均符合地标DB11T537-2008和DB31T366-2006的要求。

The cracking is a major problem in the applica-tion of concrete and mortar. There are many studies on the cracking and auto-shrinkage of ordinary Portland cement mor-tar. Based on the discussion above, the subject mainly does the following studies for the ordinary Portland cement mortar which mixed with gypsum, slag and other mineral admixtures: the effects of the size, shape and incorporation of the fiber on the properties of the mortar;The results show that: ①Stirring methods have the greater effect on the characteristics of the mortar. Compared with manu-al stirring, on the one hand, the mechanical stirring can greatly reduce the ratio of water/ mixture; on the other hand, it can make the mortar more evenly, so as to enhance the strength of mortar, to avoid segregation, settlement and so on; ②When gypsum∶mineral powder∶calcium oxide∶potassium = 54∶23∶1. 5∶0. 9, and the ratio of water/mixture is between 0. 31 to 0. 32, the properties of the mortar, such as the initial and final setting time of the mortar, flexural strength and the ratio of compressive strength/ flexural strength etc. , are in line with the landmark DB11T537-2008 and DB31T366-2006 requirements.
