维护我国海洋权益，构建海洋强国战略，是历史赋予我们的使命，也是当前我们面临的一个重要课题。近日，东中西部区域发展和改革研究院与上海大学等单位主办了“2013智库筑基中国梦---海洋强国战略构建高端圆桌会议”。会上，围绕“海洋强国战略”的主线，与会专家就“当前海洋争端的形势分析及对策思考”、“如何坚决维护和拓展海洋权益”、“如何构建国家海洋战略”等议题进行了热烈而深入的讨论，提出了应对和解决海洋问题的对策和建议。
維護我國海洋權益，構建海洋彊國戰略，是歷史賦予我們的使命，也是噹前我們麵臨的一箇重要課題。近日，東中西部區域髮展和改革研究院與上海大學等單位主辦瞭“2013智庫築基中國夢---海洋彊國戰略構建高耑圓桌會議”。會上，圍繞“海洋彊國戰略”的主線，與會專傢就“噹前海洋爭耑的形勢分析及對策思攷”、“如何堅決維護和拓展海洋權益”、“如何構建國傢海洋戰略”等議題進行瞭熱烈而深入的討論，提齣瞭應對和解決海洋問題的對策和建議。
유호아국해양권익，구건해양강국전략，시역사부여아문적사명，야시당전아문면림적일개중요과제。근일，동중서부구역발전화개혁연구원여상해대학등단위주판료“2013지고축기중국몽---해양강국전략구건고단원탁회의”。회상，위요“해양강국전략”적주선，여회전가취“당전해양쟁단적형세분석급대책사고”、“여하견결유호화탁전해양권익”、“여하구건국가해양전략”등의제진행료열렬이심입적토론，제출료응대화해결해양문제적대책화건의。
To protect China's marine rights and interests and develop a strategy for its marine power build-ing is both a mission and an urgent task that we need to undertake at this historical moment.Recently,"2013 Think Tank Building the Foundation of 'China Dream':a High-level Roundtable on Strategic Construction of China's Marine Power"was jointly held by China Region Development&Reform Institute and Shanghai Univer-sity and other units.Focusing on the central theme of"Marine Power Strategy,"experts held heated discus-sions on such topics as "analysis of current marine disputes and suggested strategies,""how to firmly protect and expand China's marine rights and interests,"and "how to develop China's strategy of marine power build-ing".The participants also proposed suggestions and solutions for marine disputes.
