通过对台湾地区技职教育的调查分析发现台湾技职教育的几个特点和优秀经验做法，从而提出促进广州市高职教育发展的启示和对策，着重从搭建穗台职业教育合作平台、构建现代职业教育体系、引导行业企业参与职业教育、开展穗台高校深度校际合作、丰富素质教育的内涵、提高职业教师水平等六个方面推动广州市高职教育的快速、高质发展。

From the findings of our investigations and analysis on Taiwan technical & vocational education, we have recognized some striking characteristics and advantages in Taiwan practice. Drawing on their experiences, the paper has suggested some measures and methods to further promote a sound development of higher vocational education in Guangzhou. The main focuses are building a bridge between Guangzhou and Taiwan for vocational education cooperation, constructing contemporary vocational education system, encouraging industries and enterprises to involve in vocational education, carrying out in-depth communication and cooperation among schools from Guangzhou and Taiwan, enriching the connotation of quality education and raise teachers’ qualities and teaching levels, etc.
