作为一线教师应对国家的教育发展方针有全局观念，把握所在地区相应的教育指导方针，才能明确所在学校未来的成长发展方向和自己的职业发展方向。本文以所在独立学院外语专业如何提高教学质量为主题，以微观的视角从加强师资队伍建设和调整人才培养方式两方面进行了简要的论述。

In order to find out the direction of university and career's development , teachers ought to master the national education poli-cies and corresponding guiding principles of the district. This paper revolved around the theme how to improve teaching quality of foreign language department of the independent college, briefly discusses two aspects from the micro perspective:to enhance the qualified teach-ers' construction and adjust the educational model.
