以西北师范大学为个案，通过调查问卷了解当前高校大学生对电子文献资源的利用现状，分析了高校学生电子文献利用率低下的主要成因，并根据普通高校的客观情况和学生主体的主观因素提出了相应的解决方法，为高校图书馆制定电子文献资源管理和利用的相关方案提供一定的依据。

The article, taking the Northwest Normal University students as an example, analyses the reason of low usage of electronic doc-uments in colleges and universities by taking questionnaires to investigate the current situation of usage of electronic documents. This ar-ticle also puts forward solutions, on which administrative and relative schemes depend, to these problems according to objective situation of common colleges and universities and subjective factors of students.
