采用新型低温陶瓷结合剂,研究了立方氮化硼(CBN )平面磨砂轮用陶瓷结合剂的低温烧结工艺,通过调节砂轮的烧制温度来调整CBN砂轮的硬度和强度,获得了气孔率与强度的关系曲线。通过工艺优化可获得具有较高性价比并可取代进口的CBN平面磨砂轮制备工艺。
採用新型低溫陶瓷結閤劑,研究瞭立方氮化硼(CBN )平麵磨砂輪用陶瓷結閤劑的低溫燒結工藝,通過調節砂輪的燒製溫度來調整CBN砂輪的硬度和彊度,穫得瞭氣孔率與彊度的關繫麯線。通過工藝優化可穫得具有較高性價比併可取代進口的CBN平麵磨砂輪製備工藝。

The sintering process of cubic boron nitride (CBN) plane grinding wheel was studied by new type of low temperature ceramic bond in this paper .The relationship between porosity and strength curves was obtained by adjusting the sintering temperature of grinding wheel to adjust the hardness and strength of CBN grinding wheel .The optimizing process of CBN plane grinding wheel can be obtained ,w hich possess high cost performance and can replace the imported grinding w heel .
