目的：观察口腔颌面部血管瘤和脉管畸形患者平阳霉素(PYM)局部瘤腔内注射术后病变情况，判定其临床疗效及护理体会.方法：每1-2W平阳霉素瘤腔内注射，每次不超过8mg.结果：随访半年，治愈率74.46%、总有效率96.67%，无明显不良反应.结论：平阳霉素瘤腔内注射治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤和脉管畸形安全可靠，简单有效.

목적：관찰구강합면부혈관류화맥관기형환자평양매소(PYM)국부류강내주사술후병변정황，판정기림상료효급호리체회.방법：매1-2W평양매소류강내주사，매차불초과8mg.결과：수방반년，치유솔74.46%、총유효솔96.67%，무명현불량반응.결론：평양매소류강내주사치료구강합면부혈관류화맥관기형안전가고，간단유효.
Objectives:To observe the efficacy of pinyanmycin injection for hemangiomas and vascular malformation oral—maxillofacial regions and its nursing experiences. Methods:Pingyangmycin was intratumorally injected to the hemangioma mass every one or two weeks,not more than 8mg at a time. Results:cases received pingyangmycin injection were followed for half a year .The cure rate was 74.46%,the total effectiveness rate was 96.67%.The complication was only minimal. Conclusion:It can be said that intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin is a feasible, convenient and effective therapeutic modality in hemangioma and vascular malformation.
