温度控制系统是时变、非线性、多干扰的复杂系统,传统PID算法含有积分环节,导致系统响应缓慢,累积误差大。该文通过对婴儿恒温箱的机理分析,建立数学模型,结合PID算法和模糊控制技术,设计出基于模糊自适应PID的车载婴儿恒温箱。实验结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制较传统PID控制,系统控制精度高,稳定性好,动态响应速度快,抗干扰能力强。
溫度控製繫統是時變、非線性、多榦擾的複雜繫統,傳統PID算法含有積分環節,導緻繫統響應緩慢,纍積誤差大。該文通過對嬰兒恆溫箱的機理分析,建立數學模型,結閤PID算法和模糊控製技術,設計齣基于模糊自適應PID的車載嬰兒恆溫箱。實驗結果錶明,模糊自適應PID控製較傳統PID控製,繫統控製精度高,穩定性好,動態響應速度快,抗榦擾能力彊。

Temperature control system is a time -variant , non-linear and multi-disturbance com-plex system , traditional PID algorithm with integral part , resulting in a slow system response , large accu-mulated error .In this paper , the control system of vehicle -mounted infant incubator is analysed , ac-cording to which the mathematical model is constructed .Furthermore, an optimized design of vehicle -mounted infant incubator based on fuzzy adaptive PID is presented , combined with PID algorithm and fuzzy control technology .The experimental result shows that the proposed system is more precision , more stability, faster in dynamic response speed , and the anti -jamming ability is better than the traditional PID control.
