根据配电网具有闭环规划建设、开环辐射运行的特点,提出一种基于GIS平台的配电网故障定位及快速供电恢复辅助方法,实现对配电网故障点的快速定位,并将故障区域及时隔离,尽快恢复供电,为提高配电管理系统自动化水平提供参考。

In view of the characteristics of distribution network such as closed loop planning and construction, open loop radiation opera-tion, the author puts forward a GIS-based auxiliary method for power failure localization and prompt restoration to detect the fault points in power distribution network, isolate failure area and restore power supply as soon as possible in a bid to provide reference for improving the level of automation of distribution management system.
