提出了一种获得碟形金属波纹管动刚度的方法,即将其简化成弹簧,构成单自由度弹簧质量系统,用锤击法测出系统的固有频率,从而计算出碟形金属波纹管的动刚度。通过进行静态轴向压缩试验获得碟形金属波纹管的静刚度,试验数据表明,静刚度略小于动刚度,动刚度更接近实际工况。用随机数据分析方法求碟形金属波纹管的动刚度,方便、准确,适用范围广,具有很高的工程应用价值。

It presents a method for obtaining the dynamic stiffness of the dish -shaped metal corrugated pipe .It simplifies the dish-shaped metal corrugated pipe as a spring , composes a single degree of freedom spring mass system, and applies the hammer method to measure the natural frequency of the system , then calculates the dy-namic stiffness of the dish -shaped metal corrugated pipe .At the same time , it also tests the system static stiff-ness.By comparison of two results , static stiffness value basically fits well with dynamic stiffness , but slightly less than it , in fact the dynamic stiffness is closer to the actual working conditions .The random data analysis method for dynamic stiffness is convenient and accurate , and has application values in a wide range of engineer-ing.
