采用单因素法,研究了发酵培养基中碳源浓度、氮源浓度、培养时间以及培养基初始pH等因素对多粘芽孢杆菌发酵的影响。研究结果表明:培养基中糯米粉浓度为14%,酵母膏浓度为5%,培养时间为72 h,培养基初始pH为7.20时,多粘芽孢杆菌发酵效果最佳,其最终效价可高达1200μg/mL以上。

By single test, the effect of the concentration of carbon source and nitrogen source, culture period and the first culture pH on the fermentation of Bacillus polymyxa were investigated. The results showed that the best fermentation conditions were as follows: the concentration of glutinous rice flour was 14%, the concentration of yeast was 5%, the culture period was 72 h, the first culture pH was 7.20. The titer could reach up to 1200μg/mL under these conditions.
