通过采集本市3家宠物医院20只死亡犬的肝脏、脾脏、淋巴结及脑组织,进行病毒的分离培养、理化性质的测定、病毒毒力测定、及动物回归试验,确定了该病毒可以通过vero细胞进行培养增殖,有囊膜,耐酸碱,对温度敏感,TCID50为105.832,最后通过动物实验确定了该病毒为犬瘟热病毒,对犬类具有高度致病性。

통과채집본시3가총물의원20지사망견적간장、비장、림파결급뇌조직,진행병독적분리배양、이화성질적측정、병독독력측정、급동물회귀시험,학정료해병독가이통과vero세포진행배양증식,유낭막,내산감,대온도민감,TCID50위105.832,최후통과동물실험학정료해병독위견온열병독,대견류구유고도치병성。
Livers, spleens, lymph nodes and brain tissues were taken from 20 dead dogs at three pet hospitals in Heze for pathogen isolation and cultivation. The culture was subjected to physic-chemical test, virus titration and animal regression test. It was shown that the isolate could grow and replicate in vero cells, had envelope and was resistant to acid and alkali and was sensitive to temperature.The TCID50 was 105.832. The animal experiments confirmed the virus was highly pathogenic and identified as canine distemper virus.
