以绢毛相思(Acacia holosericea)切叶为试验材料,用多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol oxidase,PPO)抑制剂乙基间苯三酚(4-hexylresorcinol,HR)、环庚三烯酚酮(Tropolone,TP)和焦亚硫酸钠(Sodium metabisulfite, SM)预处理5 h后再进行瓶插,观测切叶的瓶插寿命、鲜重、吸水量、失水量和水分平衡值的变化,研究PPO抑制剂对绢毛相思切叶瓶插寿命和水分关系的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,适宜的PPO抑制剂预处理可有效改善绢毛相思切叶的水分吸收并维持其鲜重,延长其瓶插寿命,其中以5.0 mmol/L HR处理的效果最为突出,比对照延长瓶插寿命达3.9 d。

Using the cut leaves of Acacia holosericea as material, the inhibitors of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) including 4-hexylresorcinol (HR), tropolone (TP) and sodium metabisulfite (SM) were used to pre-treated the material for 5 h and then the material was immediately placed in vases. The vase life and changes in relative fresh weight, water uptake, water loss and water balance during their vase period were investigated. The results showed that suitable PPO inhibitor pretreatments ef-fectively improved water uptake and maintained fresh weight of cut leaves of A. holosericea, and thus prolonged their vase life. The best treatment was 5 mmol/L HR, with which the vase life was 3.9 days longer than that of the control.
