制袋机目前由单列单制式发展到双列多制式,由自动化设备向智能化设备发展。随着制袋机设计制造技术的发展,需要设定的系统参数也更多更复杂,依靠熟练工人的经验设定制袋机参数已不能已满足智能化设备的需要。通过引入人工智能技术,采用范例推理的方法实现简单快速并且高质量的系统参数设定,在此基础上可进一步对制袋机的参数进行智能调整,实现制袋机参数设定的智能化。

A bag making machine,a popular mechanism for manufacturing various bags,has recently expand from automatic equipment to intelligent device. Along with the development of the advanced design and manufacturing technology, the corresponding system parameters become rather tricky to determine . Thus,traditional parameters settings relying simply on skilled workers have been relatively insufficient to meet the needs of intelligent devices.In view of this, this paper examines a new measure of parameters settings in bag making machine design based case-based reasoning which overcomes the difficulties found in original parameters settings with speediness and high quality,thereby achieving the intellectualization of parameters settings in bag making machine.
