对于制造系统设计过程中的多级流水车间负荷界限难以界定即缓冲区配置难以确定的问题(Buffer Allocation Problem, BAP),采用仿真的方法对多阶段每阶段具有多台设备的流水车间构建了一个仿真模型,提出了两种启发式算法对模型中各阶段缓冲区容量值进行优化配置,并设计了仿真实验,对两种启发式策略的求解效果进行了分析。该仿真优化模型为车间负荷控制中各阶段缓冲区容量值的优化配置提供了一种有效的设置方法,这对大规模的每阶段具有多台设备的多节点流水车间负荷界限的有效设定及其规划具有参考和指导意义。
對于製造繫統設計過程中的多級流水車間負荷界限難以界定即緩遲區配置難以確定的問題(Buffer Allocation Problem, BAP),採用倣真的方法對多階段每階段具有多檯設備的流水車間構建瞭一箇倣真模型,提齣瞭兩種啟髮式算法對模型中各階段緩遲區容量值進行優化配置,併設計瞭倣真實驗,對兩種啟髮式策略的求解效果進行瞭分析。該倣真優化模型為車間負荷控製中各階段緩遲區容量值的優化配置提供瞭一種有效的設置方法,這對大規模的每階段具有多檯設備的多節點流水車間負荷界限的有效設定及其規劃具有參攷和指導意義。

The workload defined problem namely buffer allocation problem (BAP) is complexity,which exists in the multistage flow-shop with limited buffer in the design process of manufacturing system. A simulation model was built in the paper, which has multistage and every stage has many devices. Two heuristic strategies are proposed to solve this problem. Finally, simulation experiments are designed and the performance of two heuristic strategies is analyzed. This paper provides an effective method to the buffer allocation problem in the Multistage Flow Shop, which has guidance meaning and reference value for the setting and planning workload norms for large scale multistage flow shop with one more device at each stage.
