目的:了解我刊作者循证医学知识知晓率及其影响因素。方法2011年4月-2013年4月,对向我刊投稿的275位作者进行自制问卷调查。结果认为很了解循证医学知识的38例(13.8%),认为循证医学指导临床科研很重要的158例(57.5%),使用循证医学知识指导临床频率较多的25例(9.1%)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、职称和医院等级是循证医学知识知晓率的影响因素。年龄增加是了解程度的有利因素(P=0.027),医疗、研究职称是重要性认知的有利因素(P=0.000),年龄增加(P=0.048)和医院等级增高(P=0.029)是使用频率的有利因素。结论加强对年轻、低年资医疗工作者以及各级医疗机构开展循证医学知识教育和应用方法培训,是提高其循证医学知识知晓率的关键。

목적:료해아간작자순증의학지식지효솔급기영향인소。방법2011년4월-2013년4월,대향아간투고적275위작자진행자제문권조사。결과인위흔료해순증의학지식적38례(13.8%),인위순증의학지도림상과연흔중요적158례(57.5%),사용순증의학지식지도림상빈솔교다적25례(9.1%)。다인소분석결과현시,년령、직칭화의원등급시순증의학지식지효솔적영향인소。년령증가시료해정도적유리인소(P=0.027),의료、연구직칭시중요성인지적유리인소(P=0.000),년령증가(P=0.048)화의원등급증고(P=0.029)시사용빈솔적유리인소。결론가강대년경、저년자의료공작자이급각급의료궤구개전순증의학지식교육화응용방법배훈,시제고기순증의학지식지효솔적관건。
Objective To investigate the awareness of EBM knowledge in authors ofAcademic Journal of Chinese PLA Medical School and its influencing factors.Methods The awareness of EBM knowledge in 275 authors who submitted papers toAcademic Journal of Chinese PLA Medical School from April 2011 to April 2013 and its influencing factors were investigated with questionnaire.Results Of the 275 authors, 38 (13.8%) considered that they had a good EBM knowledge, 158 (57.5%) considered that EBM was very important in directing clinical research, and 25 (9.1%) considered that EBM knowledge was rather frequently used in clinical practice. Multivariate analysis showed that age, academic title, and hospital class were the influencing factors for the awareness of EBM knowledge. Increased age was a favorable factor for the awareness of EBM knowledge (P=0.027), academic title of medical and research series is the beneficial factor for the importance recognition of EBM knowledge (P=0.000), increased age and hospital class were the favorable factors for the use of EBM knowledge (P=0.048,P=0.029).Conclusion Enforced training of EBM knowledge and its application methods in young and junior medical staff and in medical institutions at different levels is the key to improving their awareness of EBM knowledge.
