目的:观察非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)及癌旁组织中Shh和Gli-1蛋白的表达,探讨Shh和Gli-1异常表达与NSCLC之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测NSCLC及癌旁组织中Shh和Gli-1蛋白的表达。结果 Shh和Gli-1在癌旁组织中低表达,但在NSCLC中表达明显增强。Shh、Gli-1蛋白的表达与癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关,分化程度低、淋巴结转移阳性者,表达增强明显。但与组织学分型无关。结论 Shh和Gli-1蛋白的异常表明Hedgehog信号通路可能参与了NSCLC的发生、发展过程。
目的:觀察非小細胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)及癌徬組織中Shh和Gli-1蛋白的錶達,探討Shh和Gli-1異常錶達與NSCLC之間的關繫。方法應用免疫組織化學技術檢測NSCLC及癌徬組織中Shh和Gli-1蛋白的錶達。結果 Shh和Gli-1在癌徬組織中低錶達,但在NSCLC中錶達明顯增彊。Shh、Gli-1蛋白的錶達與癌組織分化程度和淋巴結轉移密切相關,分化程度低、淋巴結轉移暘性者,錶達增彊明顯。但與組織學分型無關。結論 Shh和Gli-1蛋白的異常錶明Hedgehog信號通路可能參與瞭NSCLC的髮生、髮展過程。
목적:관찰비소세포폐암(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)급암방조직중Shh화Gli-1단백적표체,탐토Shh화Gli-1이상표체여NSCLC지간적관계。방법응용면역조직화학기술검측NSCLC급암방조직중Shh화Gli-1단백적표체。결과 Shh화Gli-1재암방조직중저표체,단재NSCLC중표체명현증강。Shh、Gli-1단백적표체여암조직분화정도화림파결전이밀절상관,분화정도저、림파결전이양성자,표체증강명현。단여조직학분형무관。결론 Shh화Gli-1단백적이상표명Hedgehog신호통로가능삼여료NSCLC적발생、발전과정。
Objective To study the expression of Shh and Gli-1 in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its adjacent tissues and the correlation of abnormal Shh and Gli1 expression with NSCLC.Methods Expressions of Shh and Gli-1 in NSCLC and its adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression levels of Shh and Gli1 were lower in adjacent tissues of NSCLC than in NSCLC, and significantly correlated with the differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of NSCLC but not with the histological types.Conclusion Abnormal expressions of Shh and Gli-1 indicate that the Hedgehog pathway may be involved in the occurrence and progression of NSCLC.
