目的：观察关节镜下肩峰成形对冈上肌腱修复临床效果的影响。方法收集我单位2010年3月-2011年12月收治的肩袖损伤患者34例，关节镜下证实冈上肌腱全层撕裂。将患者随机分为2组，即肩峰成形组和非肩峰成形组，每组17例。术后采用Constant-Murley肩关节评分系统(Constant-Murley Score，CMS)和加州大学(University of California at Los Angeles， UCLA)肩关节评分系统评价关节功能。结果两组患者术后CMS评分和UCLA肩关节评分差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论肩峰成形术对冈上肌腱全层撕裂的患者肩袖修复术术后效果没有明显影响。
목적：관찰관절경하견봉성형대강상기건수복림상효과적영향。방법수집아단위2010년3월-2011년12월수치적견수손상환자34례，관절경하증실강상기건전층시렬。장환자수궤분위2조，즉견봉성형조화비견봉성형조，매조17례。술후채용Constant-Murley견관절평분계통(Constant-Murley Score，CMS)화가주대학(University of California at Los Angeles， UCLA)견관절평분계통평개관절공능。결과량조환자술후CMS평분화UCLA견관절평분차이균무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론견봉성형술대강상기건전층시렬적환자견수수복술술후효과몰유명현영향。
Objective To observe the role of arthroscopic acromioplasty in repair of supraspinatus muscle tendon tear.Methods Thirty-four patients with rotator cuff injury accompanying arthroscopy-confirmed full-thickness supraspinatus muscle tendon tear admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into acromioplasty group and non-acromioplasty group (17 in each group).Their shoulder joint function was scored using the CMSsystem and the UCLA scoring system, respectively.Results No significant difference was found in the CMS and UCLA scores for the shoulder joint between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic acromioplasty is insignificant on repair of rotator cuff injury in patients with supraspinatus muscle tendon tear.
