为了指导非洲菊组培苗大规模生产,研究了不同基质、种植深度以及基质水分含量对非洲菊组培苗驯化成活率和生长情况的影响。结果表明:珍珠岩∶营养土为1∶1,生长点高出基质,保持基质润湿时,组培苗驯化的成活率较高、生长情况也较好。
為瞭指導非洲菊組培苗大規模生產,研究瞭不同基質、種植深度以及基質水分含量對非洲菊組培苗馴化成活率和生長情況的影響。結果錶明:珍珠巖∶營養土為1∶1,生長點高齣基質,保持基質潤濕時,組培苗馴化的成活率較高、生長情況也較好。
위료지도비주국조배묘대규모생산,연구료불동기질、충식심도이급기질수분함량대비주국조배묘순화성활솔화생장정황적영향。결과표명:진주암∶영양토위1∶1,생장점고출기질,보지기질윤습시,조배묘순화적성활솔교고、생장정황야교호。
In order to guide the mass production of tissue culture seedling of Gerbera j amesonii Bolus ,the effects of different matrix ,planting depth and water content in matrix on domestication survival ratio and grow th of tissue culture seedling of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus were researched .The results showed that when the propor-tion of perlite and nutrition soil was 1∶1 ,growing point was higher than matrix which kept wetting ,and the survival ratio and growth of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus were ideal .
