当前国产高压变频器在火电厂广泛使用,控制回路的不间断电源(UPS)对高压变频器的稳定性有很重要的影响。针对三种国产高压变频器典型的UPS控制回路设计特点,根据火电厂电源特性和运行环境对UPS类型选择、辅助旁路完整性、UPS负载特点进行对比分析,通过现场运行情况和模拟试验,得出优选后备式UPS、交流电源外部旁路设计并配置快速切换型继电器(固态继电器)、采用直流电源作为后备电源、控制回路次要负载从UPS回路分离、PLC掉电时间特性改进等建议,为火电厂高压变频器控制电源的设计和技改提供参考。

Home-made high voltage inverters had many wide applications in thermal power plant. Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) of control circuit had very important influence on equipments stability. Three kinds of typical home-made high voltage inverter had several different main features. Compared selection of the UPS type, integrity of external bypass circuit, electric loads in history run statistics and field simulated test, there will be more reliable by off-line UPS, external bypass circuit with solid state relay(SSR), direct current supply as a backup power,reducing some secondary loads from UPS circuit,retentive settings improvement of PLC. These provide some references for design and technical renovation.
