详细研究了长条形箱形结构变形的原因,并通过数学模型的建立,分析得出减少箱体变形最有效的方式为:提前采取预防措施、加强工人的责任心和提高品质对质量的把关程度。基于以上分析结果,提出了一系列的预防措施,并对一年内的箱体变形数据进行了统计分析。试验研究结果表明:采取措施后,长条形箱体结构变形得到了较好的控制,箱体变形返工率由原来的23%降低到8%以下。

This paper had researched the reason of the elongated box-shaped structural deformation and through mathematical model,we got that the most effective ways of reducing cabinet deformation are following:taking precautionary measures in advance, strengthening the sense of responsibility of the worker and improving thequality control.Based on the analysis results above we proposed a series of preventive measures and analyzed the cabinet deformation data within one year. Experimental results show that by taking these measures cabinet deformation had been controlled well,and the rework rate of cabinet deformation had decreased from 23%to 8%.
