通过研究天门冬可溶性糖、氨基酸和皂苷等主要营养物质的月变化规律,并结合气象资料,探讨天门冬较佳采摘时间和适宜栽培的气候条件。研究发现,皂苷的含量在1月和12月较高,氨基酸的含量在6月较高,可溶性糖的含量在1月、2月和11月较高。结果表明,不同营养物质在不同月份积累的量不同,其适宜的采收时间也不一样,且较低的温度适宜天门冬营养物质的积累。
通過研究天門鼕可溶性糖、氨基痠和皂苷等主要營養物質的月變化規律,併結閤氣象資料,探討天門鼕較佳採摘時間和適宜栽培的氣候條件。研究髮現,皂苷的含量在1月和12月較高,氨基痠的含量在6月較高,可溶性糖的含量在1月、2月和11月較高。結果錶明,不同營養物質在不同月份積纍的量不同,其適宜的採收時間也不一樣,且較低的溫度適宜天門鼕營養物質的積纍。
통과연구천문동가용성당、안기산화조감등주요영양물질적월변화규률,병결합기상자료,탐토천문동교가채적시간화괄의재배적기후조건。연구발현,조감적함량재1월화12월교고,안기산적함량재6월교고,가용성당적함량재1월、2월화11월교고。결과표명,불동영양물질재불동월빈적루적량불동,기괄의적채수시간야불일양,차교저적온도괄의천문동영양물질적적루。
Combined with meteorological datas , monthly changes of soluble sugars , amino acids and saponins in Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour .) Merr were studied to investigate the better harvest times and climatic conditions of cultivation . The results showed the times of the highest contents were at January or December of saponins , June of amino acids , and soluble sugars were the highest at , January , February or November of soluble sugars . Therefore , the harvest times were different according to the purpose of nutrients based different nutrients had different accumulation at different times . Moreover , low temperature was the better climate for accumulating nutrients of Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour .) Merr .
