目的：总结高血压性基底节区脑出血致小脑幕切迹疝显微镜下手术体会及效果。方法：回顾分析了1998年以来我院138例GCS积分3~8分，发生高血压性基底节区脑出血致小脑幕切迹疝无手术禁忌的患者进行开颅显微镜下手术内减压+小脑幕切迹疝还纳术临床资料。结果：76例痊愈，38例生活能部分自理，12例生活不能自理，12例死亡。结论：积极、正确的外科手术治疗值得临床推广应用。
목적：총결고혈압성기저절구뇌출혈치소뇌막절적산현미경하수술체회급효과。방법：회고분석료1998년이래아원138례GCS적분3~8분，발생고혈압성기저절구뇌출혈치소뇌막절적산무수술금기적환자진행개로현미경하수술내감압+소뇌막절적산환납술림상자료。결과：76례전유，38례생활능부분자리，12례생활불능자리，12례사망。결론：적겁、정학적외과수술치료치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To summarize the effect and experience of microscopic surgery of the hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage complicated with transtentorial herniation. Methods: This retrospective study was conduced at our hospital since 1998. It was carried out on 138 patients diagnosed with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage complicated with transtentorial herniation. They al had a decompressive craniectomy under microscopy and closure of transtentorial herniation. The patients' GCS ranged from 3~8 points. Results: 76 of the patients achieved clinical cure. 38 of the patients could take care of their life while 12 patients could not. 12 patients died. Conclusion:Positive and appropriate operation is worthy of clinical application.
