目的:观察整合素α5和α6在硬皮病皮损区和正常人表皮中的表达情况。方法:运用免疫荧光法检测正常人和硬皮病患者皮肤中整合素α5和α6的表达。结果:α5亚基在正常人的表皮各层都有表达,基底层表达略增加,并且在胞膜和胞浆均有表达。硬皮病中各层均有α5亚基表达,基底层尤为明显,但在颗粒层为胞浆胞膜表达,在棘层和基底层基本表达在胞膜。α6亚基在正常人表皮中在表皮各层,胞膜胞浆均有表达,但以颗粒层及真表皮交界处明显。硬皮病中以棘层和真表皮交界处为主,棘层主要表达于胞膜。结论:在硬皮病皮损表皮中,整合素α5和α6亚基表达的部位和位置发生改变,从而造成细胞功能的异常。

목적:관찰정합소α5화α6재경피병피손구화정상인표피중적표체정황。방법:운용면역형광법검측정상인화경피병환자피부중정합소α5화α6적표체。결과:α5아기재정상인적표피각층도유표체,기저층표체략증가,병차재포막화포장균유표체。경피병중각층균유α5아기표체,기저층우위명현,단재과립층위포장포막표체,재극층화기저층기본표체재포막。α6아기재정상인표피중재표피각층,포막포장균유표체,단이과립층급진표피교계처명현。경피병중이극층화진표피교계처위주,극층주요표체우포막。결론:재경피병피손표피중,정합소α5화α6아기표체적부위화위치발생개변,종이조성세포공능적이상。
Objective:To investigate the expression of integrin α5 and α6 in scleroderma and normal epidermis. Methods:The expression of integrin α5 and α6 in normal subjects and scleroderma skins were assessed by im-munofluorescence method. Results:The α5 subunit in normal skin was expressed both in all layers, slightly in-creased in the basal and in the membrane and cytoplasm. The expression of α5 subunit in lesions of scleroderma was evidently observed in the basal layer, and was also noted in the cytoplasmic and membrane of granular layer and in the membrane of spinous and basal layers. As for the α6 subunit, its expression in normal skin was found in all layers and in the cytoplasm and membrane, with more obvious expression in the granular layer and true epi-dermal junction. In Scleroderma, the expression of α6 subunit was mainly in spinous layer and true epidermal junction and in the membrane of spinous layer. Conclusion:The expression of integrin α5 and α6 subunits was al-tered in scleroderma epidermis, resulting in cellular dysfunction.
