With the increased support by the government for the special education , the colleges of special education imposed more emphasis on the laboratory instruments and equipment .However ,the key is to how to maximum the usefulness of the instruments and equipment by using the instruments and equipment efficiently and decreasing the waste of the resources ,which should meet the need of the colleges’ development . In this study ,the problem about the current low utilization rate in most special colleges will be presented and the corresponding analyses will be conducted .Finally ,the useful and valid measures for solving these existed problems will be given .
