可编程自动化控制器PAC（programmable automation controllers）作为工业自动化领域的主流控制器，高等院校已将它引入了教学和科研工作中。GE智能平台提供的北美标准PAC培训装置布局紧、缺乏必要的安全保护、接线端子空间小，不利于实验、实训教学和科研工作的开展。基于此，提出了PAC实训装置的改进方案，用网络机柜代替培训箱，机柜前面开发为实验装置，后面开发为实训装置；增加了航空电缆标准接口。改进后的实训装置符合“教、学、做”一体化的教学理念，并开发了多个生产性实训项目。装置开发过程中，探索提出了“四合四共”的新理念，进一步创新了“校企合作、工学结合”的内涵，值得借鉴。

As the main current controller in the field of industrial automation ,the programmable automation controller (PAC) has been led into the teaching and scientific research work .The North America standard PAC training device is provided by GE intelligent platform .The training device is compact ,in the lack of necessary safety protection ,and the terminal blocks space is small ,which is not good for the experimental work ,practical teaching and scientific research work .Based on the above considerations ,the improved plan of PAC practical teaching device is put forward . The network cabinet is in place of training box .The front of the cabinet is developed as the experimental device ,and the back is developed as practical training device .The aerial cable standard interface is also added .The practical training device is in accordance with the “teaching ,learning ,doing” integrated teaching philosophy ,and the multi-productive practical training project is developed .In the process of developing the device ,the“Four Cooperate ,Four Common”new concept is put forward ,which has innovated the meaning of “school-enterprise cooperation ,work-study combination” and it is valuable to learning .
