With the rapid development of the stereo video technology , the multimedia technology has become the development direction in the future ,and its application research is getting more and more attention .Taking fire fighting and rescue command system based on the typical disasters as 3D video production examples , this paper expounds the video production steps and makes 3D video to distinguish from the key technology of 2D video .
