利用铋膜修饰电极对胞嘧啶的电化学行为进行了研究.结果表明,在0.1mol/L 的PBS 缓冲溶液( pH6.64)中,胞嘧啶于-0.23 V电位处有一良好的氧化峰,峰电流与胞嘧啶在4.98×10-6~3.38×10-5 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.6×10-7 mol/L.实验显示,铋膜修饰电极性质稳定,对胞嘧啶的测定具有良好的选择性.
利用鉍膜脩飾電極對胞嘧啶的電化學行為進行瞭研究.結果錶明,在0.1mol/L 的PBS 緩遲溶液( pH6.64)中,胞嘧啶于-0.23 V電位處有一良好的氧化峰,峰電流與胞嘧啶在4.98×10-6~3.38×10-5 mol/L濃度範圍內呈良好的線性關繫,檢齣限為5.6×10-7 mol/L.實驗顯示,鉍膜脩飾電極性質穩定,對胞嘧啶的測定具有良好的選擇性.
이용필막수식전겁대포밀정적전화학행위진행료연구.결과표명,재0.1mol/L 적PBS 완충용액( pH6.64)중,포밀정우-0.23 V전위처유일량호적양화봉,봉전류여포밀정재4.98×10-6~3.38×10-5 mol/L농도범위내정량호적선성관계,검출한위5.6×10-7 mol/L.실험현시,필막수식전겁성질은정,대포밀정적측정구유량호적선택성.
In this paper , the direct electrochemical behavior of cytosine is studied at a bismuth film electrode . Cytosine gives a well -defined oxidation peak at ca.-0.23V in a 0.1M PBS buffer (pH6.64).The peak currents increase linearly with the increasement of cytosine concentration ranging from 4.98 ×10 -6 mol/L to 3.38 ×10 -5 mol/L.The detection limit of cytosine is 5.6 ×10 -7 mol/L.The results show that the method has good selectivity to determine cytosine .
