A bi-directional sampler with invention patent for geotechnical experiments is introduced ,which is easy to overcome the one-way vertical multilayer compaction by shackles ,to eliminate density heterogeneity of the sample structures ,to improve problems of data uncertainties ,discreteness and poor curve fitting of the experimental samples .It is good for controlling uniform density of sample structures ,optimizing the states and tests of the experimental samples to achieve the goal of geotechnical experimental teaching and research services .
