基于激光多普勒测速技术(LDV )的基本原理,建立液力变矩器内部流场三维LDV测试系统。从湍流理论出发,通过求解BBO方程,对液力变矩器流道内散射粒子的跟随性进行了计算,详细分析了液力变矩器油液中散射粒子密度和直径对跟随性的影响。研究表明,液力变矩器油液中粒子的跟随性较好,因此选取时主要考虑粒子的散光特性,适当增加粒子的直径,以获得较好的测试信号。

The principle of laser Doppler velocimetry is briefly introduced ,and the internal flow measurement system of hydraulic torque converter is established based on LDV .Utilizing the turbulent flow theory ,the particle movement in transmission oil of the torque converter is calculated through the solution of BBO equation ,and the effects of particle diameter and non-dimensional density on the particle tracing ability are analyzed in detail .The results turn out that the particle tracing ability in transmission oil of the hydraulic torque converter is better than that in water flow field ,thus the light scattering ability of the particle becomes a key factor .In order to get better measurement signal ,the particle diameter can be selected a little larger .
