“烧粘-腐蚀”是导轨式机载发射装置出现卡滞、腐蚀、寿命短、不安全等故障的主要原因,高温高速烧粘-腐蚀防护评估技术的完善成为实现总寿命服役期免维修目标的首要任务之一。近年来,高温高速烧粘-腐蚀机理、烧粘-腐蚀模拟试验方法与装置,外场临时防护技术与长效防护技术成为研究热点,本文综述了该领域的研究进展。
“燒粘-腐蝕”是導軌式機載髮射裝置齣現卡滯、腐蝕、壽命短、不安全等故障的主要原因,高溫高速燒粘-腐蝕防護評估技術的完善成為實現總壽命服役期免維脩目標的首要任務之一。近年來,高溫高速燒粘-腐蝕機理、燒粘-腐蝕模擬試驗方法與裝置,外場臨時防護技術與長效防護技術成為研究熱點,本文綜述瞭該領域的研究進展。

High temperature ablation, supersonic erosion, dreg-adherence and corrosion in humid and salt mist environments(“ablation-erosion-adherence &corrosion”) are some important causes for air-borne launcher’ s slide tracks with failures of lock,corrosion, short life and unsafety.Development in evaluative technique on ablation-erosion-adherence&corrosion is one of the essential tasks of non-mainte-nance during the launchers total service life.This paper summarizes the main studies and developments focusing on high temperature ablation-erosion-adherence&corrosion mechanisms, simulative test methods and devices, temporary and long-dated protective measures in external field in recent years.
