目的:使本科护士在护理实践过程中明确职业目标,选择最佳的职业路径,最终取得职业成功。方法:对49名本科护士作为在职业生涯的前三个时期分别给予相关的职业指导,主要针对护士职业素质中的个人品质、工作态度、价值观、自我形象、专业知识和技能等方面进行培训;对同期选拔未经过职业生涯培训只经过相关理论和技能培训的68名大中专护士进行职业满意度调查及护理理论、技能及应急能力、综合能力考核。结果:本科护士对职业满意度高于大中专护士,且护理理论、技能、应急能力、综合能力考核成绩也高于大中专护士。结论:对本科护士进行职业生涯规划培训是十分必要的,可以帮助护士洞察自己的潜能和制订职业生涯发展规划,对护士的职业生涯发展具有实用性,增强护士在护理专业生涯发展的自信心,提高护士工作满意度。

Objective:To make undergraduate nurses realize their professional goal, select the best route, and final y achieve success. Methods:In the first three periods of their career, We provided them with relative professional guidance and training in the fields of personality, work at itude, values, image, professional knowledge and skills, etc. At the same time, 68 junior col ege and technical school graduated nurses, who had not accepted those professional guidance and training, whose degree of career satisfaction, nursing knowledge and skil s, emergency disposal ability and comprehensive ability were accessed.Results:Undergraduate nurses are bet er than junior col ege and technical school graduated nurses in those aspects.Conclusion:It is necessary and practical to provide undergraduate nurses with certain career training which can not only help them find out their potential, but also assist them in making career plan, and such benefits as enhance their confidence and make them more satisfied with work.
