针对城市轨道交通道岔区的轨道减振问题,采用336 SD扣件系统设计的60 kg/m钢轨9号单开减振道岔,使道岔区系统静刚度控制在25 kN/mm左右,且在不同区域采用不同类型的弹性垫板,道岔区轨道刚度进行了均匀化处理,使得整个道岔区呈现有效的阻尼减振特征,实现了道岔区减振的目的。新减振道岔中使用4种不同刚度垫板,使整个道岔区的刚度保持一致,其绝缘性能以及轨距调整能力也有很大改进,阻尼减振可以达到插入损失值-8 dB的效果。

The paper aims at significantly absorbing the vibration at the turnout areas in urban rail transit,and with this in mind it adopts the No. 9 simple vibration-reducing turnouts applied at 60 kg/m rail with 336SD fastening system,which keeps the static stiffness of the turnouts around 25 kN/mm. At the same time,different types of elastic pads are used at different locations,so as to sustain the stiffness regularity at the turnout area. The objective of the study is accomplished,as the damping vibration reduction is achieved at the area as a whole. This new vibration-reducing turnout introduces four pads with different stiffness to ensure the consistent stiffness at the turnout section. Moreover,the insulation performance and the capacity of track-gauge adjustment have been enhanced along side this improvement,while the insertion loss value stands at -8 dB.
