目的：探讨综合护理与康复指导在胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术后的应用价值。方法：以我院内固定术治疗的116例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者为例，随机将其均分为观察组与对照组，给予对照组常规护理，给与观察组综合护理与健康指导，比较2组疗效，并发症情况。结果：观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率为93．10％，明显高于对照组79．31％；并发症发生率为8．62％，明显低于对照组22．41％；组间差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：综合护理、健康指导对胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者术后康复具有积极作用，在后期临床实践中应继续运用。
목적：탐토종합호리여강복지도재경골평태분쇄성골절술후적응용개치。방법：이아원내고정술치료적116례경골평태분쇄성골절환자위례，수궤장기균분위관찰조여대조조，급여대조조상규호리，급여관찰조종합호리여건강지도，비교2조료효，병발증정황。결과：관찰조슬관절공능회복우량솔위93．10％，명현고우대조조79．31％；병발증발생솔위8．62％，명현저우대조조22．41％；조간차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：종합호리、건강지도대경골평태분쇄성골절환자술후강복구유적겁작용，재후기림상실천중응계속운용。
Objective:To explore integrated care and rehabilitation guidance in tibial plateau fractures after application value .Meth-ods:In my hospital treated 116 cases of fixation of tibial plateau fracture patients , for example , which were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group , the control group given routine care , given the observation group integrated care and health guide , compare two group efficacy , complications.Results:The recovery of knee function was excellent 93.10% , significantly higher than 79.31% ;complication rate was 8.62%, significantly lower than the control group , 22.41%;differences between groups were statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:Comprehensive care, health guidance on the tibial plateau fractures in patients with postoperative rehabil -itation had a positive role in late-stage clinical practice should continue to apply .
