目的:观察β1受体阻滞剂在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选取我院呼吸内科在2012年1月~2013年9月50例收住的慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)合并心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组除给予常规治疗外,应用美托洛尔片。分别观察2组患者的3个月内入院率及心肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,3个月内再入院率明显减低、心功能明显改善,有显著性差异(P<0.05),对肺功能改变不明显(P>0.05)。结论:β1受体阻滞剂在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性心力衰竭中,显著改善心力衰竭患者心功能,同时不影响肺功能。

목적:관찰β1수체조체제재만성조새성폐질병합병만성심력쇠갈적료효。방법:선취아원호흡내과재2012년1월~2013년9월50례수주적만성조새성폐질병( COPD)합병심력쇠갈환자수궤분위대조조화치료조。대조조부급여상규치료,치료조제급여상규치료외,응용미탁락이편。분별관찰2조환자적3개월내입원솔급심폐공능개선정황。결과:치료조여대조조비교,3개월내재입원솔명현감저、심공능명현개선,유현저성차이(P<0.05),대폐공능개변불명현(P>0.05)。결론:β1수체조체제재만성조새성폐질병합병만성심력쇠갈중,현저개선심력쇠갈환자심공능,동시불영향폐공능。
Objective:To observe the beta 1 receptor blockers in the curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chro -nic heart failure .Methods:To select our hospital respiratory medicine in January 2012 to September 2013 , 50 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) in our hospital combined with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .The control group was only given routine therapy , the treatment group in addition to the given routine therapy , application of metoprolol .Re-spectively to observe the two groups of patients admitted to hospital within three months of rate and improve cardiopulmonary function .Re-sults:The treatment group compared with control group , three months readmission rate obviously to reduce , cardiac function improved sig-nificantly, with significant difference (P<0.05),the change of lung function is not obvious (P >0.05).Conclusion:Beta 1 receptor blockers in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chronic heart failure , could significantly improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure , do not affect lung function at the same time .
