目的：探讨尺骨撞击综合征的X线和MRI表现，以提高对该病的影像学认识并提高早期诊断率。方法：分析符合X线和（或） MRI诊断标准的52例尺骨撞击综合征患者的腕关节正位片和MR片，着重分析尺骨头、月骨和三角骨改变。结果：52例患者中，多数患者存在尺骨阳性变异（76．9％），出现骨质异常的发生率由高到低依次为月骨、三角骨、尺骨头。结论：普通x线片对尺骨撞击综合征的诊断有重要的参考价值，MR可用于早期诊断。
목적：탐토척골당격종합정적X선화MRI표현，이제고대해병적영상학인식병제고조기진단솔。방법：분석부합X선화（혹） MRI진단표준적52례척골당격종합정환자적완관절정위편화MR편，착중분석척골두、월골화삼각골개변。결과：52례환자중，다수환자존재척골양성변이（76．9％），출현골질이상적발생솔유고도저의차위월골、삼각골、척골두。결론：보통x선편대척골당격종합정적진단유중요적삼고개치，MR가용우조기진단。
Purpose:To study the X-ray and MRI features of ulrtarimpaction syndrome ,to make a further neuroradiologic understand-ing of the disease andto improve the earlythe rate of early diagnosis .Methods:Analysis with X-ray and (or) MRI diagnosis of 52 cases of patients withwrist joint ulnar impaction syndrome was position radiographs and MR , focuses onthe analysis of the ulnar head , lunate bone and triangular bone change .Results:In the 52 cases patients, Most of the cases had positive ulnae variance ( 76.9%),The incidence of abnormal bone from high to low for themonth ,triangular bone ,head of ulna bone .Conclusion:Conventional radiography had improtant val-uein the diagnosis ulnae impaction syndrome , MR could be used for early diagnosis .
