目的：评价预防医学结合临床医学知识在内科实习中的教学效果。方法在进行生产实习的临床医学专业学生中，进行预防医学知识讲座及应用培训，采用调查问卷法评价学习效果。结果80％以上的学生对在临床实践过程中引入预防医学知识感到满意，认为该项活动可以提高临床技能、科研能力和沟通技巧，有助于今后的学习和工作。结论预防医学和临床医学知识在临床实践中的结合可以提高学生的临床、科研能力和沟通技巧。
목적：평개예방의학결합림상의학지식재내과실습중적교학효과。방법재진행생산실습적림상의학전업학생중，진행예방의학지식강좌급응용배훈，채용조사문권법평개학습효과。결과80％이상적학생대재림상실천과정중인입예방의학지식감도만의，인위해항활동가이제고림상기능、과연능력화구통기교，유조우금후적학습화공작。결론예방의학화림상의학지식재림상실천중적결합가이제고학생적림상、과연능력화구통기교。
Objective Evaluate the effect of preventive medicine in medicine practice for clinical medicine students .Methods Medical students were taught the knowledge of preventive medicine and used those in their practices .The questionnaires were used to evaluate the effects of the study .Results Over 80%students were satisfied with the application of the preventive medicine in medicine .They thought this activity would improve the skill in clinical practice and study and connection with others ,which would be helpful to their learning and work in the future .Conclusion The combination of inventive medicine and clinical medicine would improve the skill of clinical practice and study and connection with others .
