目的：探讨肺栓塞的主要致病因素，为其防治提供依据。方法分析5年来本院住院肺栓塞患者的人口学特点、危险因素、伴随疾病与预后。结果本组肺栓塞患者中年龄≥36岁患者共232例(82.27%)，主要致病因素依次为下肢深静脉血栓124例(43.97%)，3个月内手术、创伤92例(32.62%)，恶性肿瘤49例(17.38%)，既往肺栓塞35例(12.41%)等。结论对年龄≥36岁患有下肢深静脉血栓，3个月内手术、创伤，恶性肿瘤，既往有肺栓塞病史的患者，应重视预防肺栓塞的发生。
목적：탐토폐전새적주요치병인소，위기방치제공의거。방법분석5년래본원주원폐전새환자적인구학특점、위험인소、반수질병여예후。결과본조폐전새환자중년령≥36세환자공232례(82.27%)，주요치병인소의차위하지심정맥혈전124례(43.97%)，3개월내수술、창상92례(32.62%)，악성종류49례(17.38%)，기왕폐전새35례(12.41%)등。결론대년령≥36세환유하지심정맥혈전，3개월내수술、창상，악성종류，기왕유폐전새병사적환자，응중시예방폐전새적발생。
Objective To provide the evidence for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary embolism by studying its main pathogenic factors.Methods Clinical data (including demographic features, risk factors, concomitant diseases and prognosis) about 282 pulmonary embolism patients admitted to our hospital in recent 5 years were analyzed.Results Of the 282 pulmonary embolism patients included in this study, 232 with their age≥36 accounted for 82.27%. The main pathogenic factor was lower extremity deep vein thrombus (DVT) in 124 patients(43.97%), followed by operation wound within 3 months in 92 (32.62%), malignant tumor in 49 patients(17.38%) and history of pulmonary embolism in 35 patients(12.41%).Conclusion It is important to prevent pulmonary embolism in≥36 years old patient with lower extremity DVT, operation wound within 3 months, malignant tumor and history of pulmonary embolism.
