针对民族地区食品工业现状,通过开展强化课程体系建设、实施导师制、完善实践教学体系、构建协同创新机制和广泛开展课外实践活动等改革措施培养食品科学与工程专业学生具有较强的实践应用能力,适应民族地区对应用型人才的需要。

침대민족지구식품공업현상,통과개전강화과정체계건설、실시도사제、완선실천교학체계、구건협동창신궤제화엄범개전과외실천활동등개혁조시배양식품과학여공정전업학생구유교강적실천응용능력,괄응민족지구대응용형인재적수요。
Aiming at the present situation of food industry in minority areas, the reform measures in food sciences and engineering specialty were carried out. The measures, such as strengthe-ning the curriculum system, carrying out the tutorial system, perfecting the practice teaching system, building the collaborative innovation mechanism and widely developing the extracurricu-lar activities, can train the students′ strong practical abilities, which can make the students a-dapt to the needs of the applied talents in minority areas.
