Psychological contract provides a new perspective for the study of creativity.The article first discusses the rela-tionship between psychological contract,individual creativity and team creativity,then builds the theoretical framework of“psychological contract-creativity”.Finally,it points out that creativity research can be explored from the aspects of psy-chological contract,such as cognitive role ,content,dimensions,characteristics,fulfillment,breach,its relationship with team-related processes,and so on.
